If you’re concerned about the same thing, but you don’t want to cut the slits to be super tight (that was a little over the top of me), you could also put tape on the back from one side of the slit to the other, holding the ruler in place.(Original and unabridged) 1991 thesis on ethnography of archaeological practice. As a result, I cut the slits to be fairly snug on the rulers, trying to stay at just wider than the ruler, and not much more. You can give the kids those fun clear ones (that’s what we picked), wood ones, or whatever. Now, you might be asking: what size ruler?! And that’s an easy question to answer.
